The bons Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bons makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, bons's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall bons's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Players may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute." bons will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
